Paul Revis, M.D.

Paul Revis, M.D., completed his Dermatology residency at the University of Chicago in 1986, having studied under Dr. Allan Lorincz, one of the icons of American Dermatology. Dr. Revis opened his Dermatology practice in Rockford, Illinois, in 1986, in the basement of Brookside Medical Clinic, at the corner of Guilford and Alpine roads. In June 2001, the Dermatology clinic moved to the new Brookside Specialty Center. Dr. Revis remained at that location for six years, until August 2007, when he opened a new state-of-the-art private clinic at 1055 N. Featherstone Road. The new 5,000-square-foot clinic has four exam rooms, surgical suites, phototherapy rooms, an esthetician room, and a professional skin care store.

Dr. Revis offers his patients the best dermatologic care available, in a setting that is modern, comfortable, and well designed.

Dr. Revis is assisted by three Registered Nurses, who have over 60 years of combined dermatologic nursing care experience. Dr. Revis personally evaluates and treats every patient, and performs all procedures, including surgeries, laser treatments, and cosmetic injections. Over the past 28 years, Dr. Revis has treated over 75,000 patients, involving over 250,000 office visits. Dr. Revis has performed over 20,000 surgical procedures, many for skin cancer removal, and has cared for over 600 patients with malignant melanoma. Dr. Revis believes his practice is built on trust and experience, and offers both to every patient he sees each and every day.

Dr. Revis is married to his college sweetheart, Dr. Regina Bielkus, an adult neurologist, who also practices in Rockford. They have three adult children.
